- Oh please. Palin is loving every minute of this. Hours before, the media had been talking about how she'd been snubbed as some fundraiser by Newt Gingrich. She was angry that she was shoved to the sidelines. Letterman's grafaw put her front and center where she thinks she belongs.

- Perry is a joke. He won't make it out of the primaries -- and he knows it. He's just catering to the dumb redneck -- most of whom are out of work and collect government checks. Soon as Texas left and those checks got cut off, they'd be climbing the wall to get back in.
